The vacuum mixing pot uses viscous food materials, pre cooking, preparation, concentration, spherical pot body, jacket heating (steam), worm gear reducer for horizontal axis mixing, and frequency converter and stepless speed control for mixing speed. The mixer uses polytetrafluoroethylene slurry for edge scraping (rolling materials) mixing, with no dead corners. The mechanical transmission unloading, reset, and hydraulic opening and closing of the cover are all controlled by buttons and PIC controls. The vacuum pumping system uses a water ring vacuum pump.
